Our Story
It Started With Concrete
GRAMS Construction began long before the LLC. Brothers Michael and Rudy Ramirez grew up working alongside their father on concrete — learning formwork, placement, and finish the way the trade is really taught: early mornings, hard pours, and work you sign your name to.
From there, both ventured into heavy industrial construction across the Golden Triangle — Beaumont, Houston, and Freeport — working a wide range of disciplines: civil, pipe, project controls, engineering support, and site supervision on some of the most demanding industrial sites on the Gulf Coast.
When they partnered to form GRAMS Construction, they brought all of it home. GRAMS is the product of years of in-the-field construction experience matched with disciplined business development — and it exists to do one thing: provide genuine value on every project.

GRAMS is led by two brothers who cover a project from both ends — and meet in the middle. Together, Michael and Rudy Ramirez bring decades of combined experience spanning estimating and bidding, structural design and building specifications, project scheduling, construction accounting, civil and pipe work, project controls, engineering support, and site supervision.
Michael drives the business side — pricing every project from real takeoffs, engineering the proposal, and running the in-house software platform that keeps every schedule of values, change order, and closeout document transparent. Rudy commands the field — sequencing trades, holding quality lines, and running jobsites with the discipline of Gulf Coast industrial construction, where the tolerances are tighter and the stakes are higher.
